Vector-based export, SVG would be perfect
I don't care about Word, Powerpoint etc. (as suggested by someone else), but there must be ANY way to get out my drawings in a way so I can print them in good quality and continue to edit them just in the hopefully unlikely event that this start-up is not going to exist forever.

Cacoo ID, Nickname AND e-mail address? Too much.
These three very similar fields during sign up seem to be overkill, and it's confusing. What's the difference between a Cacoo ID and a nickname? Why have them at all, when most sites just use an e-mail address as an ID? Consider eliminating one or two of these and streamlining the signup process.

Label for connector arrows
I noticed that there are arrows available that have a label attached, but I was unable to connect those arrows to other objects. super interesting Cacoo tool to design GUI maquets.
Good future goals : more exports formats, send directly display link about a diagram to a mail address (for a customer which have not cacoo account but could see diagram result), possible integration with project management solutions to link task with diagrams

Create a Google Wave Gadget

Snap to grid

Autosave and less intrusive save dialog
It would be nice to have the application save automatically after periods of inactivity so one could leave the window without cleanly exiting the app.
I have used other online drawing services such as dabbleboard and I can close my window without having to "clean exit" the app.

Send mail to sharers when updated diagram
New feature: When anyone working in a project updates a diagram automatically send a message to all the sharers to inform that a change has ben made. It will be nice and will improve our work in group. Thank you very much

Out of memory, null pointer exception
I was making a fairly complex diagram with 5 sheets (a GUI mockup). Suddenly everything slowed down and I couldn't save (repeated save failure messages). Also, I was getting null pointer exception messages when trying to add more stuff.

Most commonly used features should have their keyboard shortcuts like:

T - New text

Don't deselect while SHIFT-selecting
It would be really great if, while shift-selecting many objects, the selection did not disappear when you click on an empty space. Page froze upon save
The page got stuck saving. After I finally closed out of the window, I re-opened Cacoo and found that it had lost all of my changes. This is completely unacceptable if you expect people to take this tool seriously.
