I'm using Chrome on Windows Vista. What am I doing wrong?
The other options tell me that they are only available on the paid plans as expected, but the PNG export just sits there and doesn't seem to do anything.1 vote
Hi, it seems your browser (Chrome 22.0.1229.79) is a bit old. Please update it to the latest version, then try to export your diagram again.
If the problem still persists, please tell us more details of the issue.
The URL of your diagram?
Did you export the diagram from the editor or the View diagram page?
After choosing ‘PNG’, did you see options ‘Save on local PC’ and ‘Save on Google Drive’?
Which option did you select? etc
For privacy concern, please send the information to us at .
Cacoo currently allows folders, but why not have sub folders, as a project may be better if we can make wireframes and diagrams and then put them in sub folders
To also make things easier to view, there could be an option to view all items within all child folders of a parent29 votes
Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider to add this feature.

I hope you can do this and I love your program...6 votes
Hi Alexander, thank you for sharing your idea. We will consider to develop an offline version for Cacoo.
Como hago para guardarlo en edición, ya que no me deja ver la opción?1 vote
Hi, I am very sorry that I can only respond in English.
Did you mean that you were unable to open a diagram? If yes, please try to click the ‘Edit’ button again.
If the problem still persists, kindly send me the diagram URL and a screenshot of the page containing the error message at . I will have a check.
You can save your diagram by press ‘Save Diagram’ in the top right area of the editor.
If I share the ownership of my diagrams to a user that does not exist it is good UX and a positive way to increase the number of users in cacoo by inviting them instead of showing validation errors.1 vote
Hi, thank you for your feedback.
Since the 2 email addresses are not registered in our system, you should get the same message ‘The specified Cacoo account cannot be found.’.
If possible, please try with the email address again, and make sure there is no space before/after the email address.
It would be great if one could set up an account where anyone from the domain may have viewing access.1 vote

Fonts need to be anti-aliased in the Cacoo designer. Right now all the fonts are very jaggy making sharing any designs impossible.1 vote

I would like to have a "tooltip" option, right now, if i must write a comment on something, i must add a baloon object, but sometimes it gets messy.
Could be better have an option when the baloon only shows when "mouseover" event happen; specially in "presentation" mode.4 votes
Hi Adolfus, thank you for sharing your idea. We are considering to add the Tooltip feature to Cacoo.
Hi, you can tailor the sheet size by clicking on ‘Property’ on the toolbar of editor, and choosing a preset sheet size or entering your desired size, then pressing ‘Update Setting’ on the Diagram Property panel.
If you didn’t mean the sheet size, would you please provide more details of the problem on the ultrawide monitor?
