Create customized stencils
Great app, but I would love to upload/access industry specific stencil created myself.
Creating customized stencil feature is now available. Thank you all for your requests.

This is a really important feature for creating large wireframes. If I have an element that is common across multiple sheets and I find I need to change it I have to edit every page. Having customizable stencils/symbols would make this a snap.

Just started using cacoo last night. Love it, it's awesome but we definitely need a place to add our own custom stencils or import omnigraffle stencils or something. At the very least maybe we could upload our own images and use those. Once you add this feature I'll quit every other IA tool I've ever used.

When doing stock & flow diagrams (or systems loop diagrams); there are a couple of stencils that could be useful. The most important one would be the inclusion of an open circle (arrowheads could be defined on either or both ends, could put a label (like +, -, s, o, etc) and it would be scalable like the line or any other stencil.

Am surprised there aren't more stencils - esp for social media like Youtube, linkedin, etc

In fact, I would pay for stencil packs if there were a lot cool ones available. $0.99 to $4.99 range.

I also think the ability to create stencils would be great. Perhaps the ones that are loaded by users could be made available via a search utility based on whether or not a share feature is added to allow the user to share/keep private their uploaded stencils. Its always great revenue to allow the users to expand the available features :)

This feature would easily put Cacoo at the top of the best diagramming tools out there. Everyone has their own ways of representing stuff, so it'd be great to at least have your own stencils. Most likely designed in Cacoo as well, like dukeofgaming suggests.

Here is a puntualized description of an idea of how I could see this implemented:
- Normal diagrams would behave as stencils
- Each tab's content would be a stencil item
- A new special folder/section called stencils.
- When saving, there would be a checkbox that says "Save as stencil", alternatively, one could move the diagram to the stencils folder. The whole point to this is that stencils are just a "direct access" to other diagrams so that one can quickly copy them into other diagrams.

Perfect Idea, i'd love to save my own stencils
since my language is right-to-leftalso making it public is a good way like @dukeofgaming suggested, that would save queries + storage

This along with freehand would be most useful. Dabbleboard has an easy (but too simple) way to save drawings, but there is no way of categorizing them.
Also, perhaps make customized stencils public?, this would perhaps save storage space for cacoo
