イラストレータで仕事をしています。画面の拡大・縮小・移動等がシュートカットに登録されていないため、思考が途切れます。画面に集中して作業をしたいです。

Diagram : "Lady Beautiful Fun " I have been working on a diagram and i save the work at regular intervals. Now since Cacoo has gone offline, I am dead-stuck , as i cannot do anything. Please suggest any solution as early as possible. ITs urgent for me

Offline mode is to use Cacoo when the network is unstable, and have the changes synced when connection is regained. However, on certain environments, Cacoo seems to have difficulty to go back to online, and we are working to improve it. Please work on the stable cabled network rather than Wifi if available.

While your network is connected, Cacoo saves all of your changes. If Cacoo becomes offline and not getting back to online, please stop editing and close and re-open the editing screen. Your operations until you became offline are supposed to be there.

If you have worked on the diagram without noticing that you were offline, please open another editing canvas in a new tab/window and copy the changes and paste them on the diagram in the new tab.

Please make sure to save your diagram frequently, too (shortcut for Save is Ctrl + S). Your preview will look as the status when you saved last time. Also, it takes more time to load if you don't close diagrams properly.

Problem selecting background sheets [updated]

Trying to select a particular sheet to use as background for a new sheet. I can select certain sheets, but not a primary background sheet that I have used as background for two other sheets. When I select the desired background sheet, the dialog just closes.

It seems if you copy the background sheet and set it as other's background, the dialog box doesn't close even after the third sheets.

I cannot select a horizontal line directly with one mouse click if the background element/image is "fixed" (german gesperrt). I can click any pixel but there is no way to select the horizontal/vertical line, besides doing an area selection. Please fix this! Thank you for your awesome tool!

We see what you mean. It's very difficult to point the line to show the proper contextual menu as the line is too thin.

Please try to right click on the blue boxes around the line that shows when the line is selected.

Likewise, right-clicking on the lock icons around the locked line will show the contextual menu including "Unlock".

The page got stuck saving. After I finally closed out of the window, I re-opened Cacoo and found that it had lost all of my changes. This is completely unacceptable if you expect people to take this tool seriously.

Powerpoint export fails [updated]

Cannot export from Cacoo in Google Hangout to Powerpoint. File downloads, but Powerpoint insists that the file requires repair. When you click Repair it presents an empty file. No other way to open the file. Help! (using Mac OS Snow Leopard, MS Office 2011 for the Mac)

I'M not able to see what I did on Monday 30th April, my account shows that the last time I signed in was on the 27th April, but I used cacoo on the 30th and all the work I did are no where to be found. Please is there a way to recover it.

The diagram preview page will not be updated until save the diagram. Please open the editing page and check the status. If you see the latest version on the editing page, please save it (either from the Save panel or Ctrl + S).

When you try to close the editing page without saving the diagram, you should have seen a message whether you want to save the changes or not. If you have pressed "No" button, the modifications will not be saved.

If you have saved your diagram properly but you cannot see the latest version of your diagram, please send the URL of it to supportATcacoo.com .

when auto-aligning should ignore text objects [updated]

when i am trying to say align objects in an activity diagram it will keep trying to align with the text objects first as opposed to other activity diagram objects. Its very annoying!

The adobe flash plugin has crashed, this is the error I keep getting when I want to edit my diagram, and now I can't do anything. I tried to load and at the end it will just crashed, I have used IE 8, downloaded the newest mozilla and flash, used chrome and it's just the same problem. The last edit I did last monday was lost too.

It would be very helpful if there was a post-it/note tool to describe processes on the wireframes, e.g. what a button does etc.

We need something where we can add a annotation whose display on the wireframe can be toggled on/off. Anchor connector to arbitrary points on stencil [updated]

When using multiple connectors on a stencil, I'm force to add points and create new angles to attach without overlapping. It would be great to anchor the connector to other points on the stencil (non-center). To create multiple straight lines that do not overlap, I have been creating two additional stencils and hide them behind the actual stencils I want to connect. It works but makes rearranging tedious. Thanks!

Suddenly Cacoo stopped listening to keyboard shortcuts. Simple commands like cmd+c and cmd+v dosen't work anymore. Restart and clearing flash cache dosen't work.

The qualtiy of the exported png could be better. We printed the file and especially the letters in texts were unclear.

GUIでHTMLを書けて、仕様に使える。ボタンやリンクに線がいいかんじに、くっつく。書いたHTMLはコピーしてテンプレートに貼って使える。リンクを付けると、自動的に矢印付きの線が出る。リンクの線を切ると自動で、リンク先の画面名が出る。リンクに線を付けるとURLが切り替わる。各種カードのステンシル最初からグループ化されているカード　正方形、小、中、大、横長、縦長のカードタイトルと、テキスト入力をテーマ選択で変更可能に（テーマは１ページ内に複数持てる感じ)
